Arrived onsite for possible issue with CO2 from an improperly installed water heater. Found the water heater flue venting does not have the appropriate distance from the top of the water heater. Also the diameter of the venting is not 4”. Performed carbon monoxide test. The combustion analyzer texted 12 PPM which is within the safety range.
