Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 1 gas fired furnace in the basement. Basement Furnace System: Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed 14x20x1 filter provided by customer. Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Measured .7 amps in the inducer motor. Cleaned the flame sensor.. Measure temperature rise at 52 degrees. System is operating as it should. Homeowner interested in adding a supply vent to second floor room.
