Arrived on site for no cooling. Checked out the thermostat if the thermostat was calling for cooling. Was went downstairs to check out the air handler the air handler was not running looked at the fuse the fuse was blown out. Swapped out the fuse turned on the unit causing it to blow out again. Check the wiring from the air handler to the condenser. Contact it was not receiving 24 volts it was not getting pulled in. Swapped out the contactor contactor was now pulling in the 24 volts
