Arrived on site for two diagnostics. First diagnostic was for the second floor that was receiving hot air/ no Cooling. Went to the attic and check the evaporator everything seemed fine, the meeting device with a TXV, notice some build up being built inside the P-trap, cleared it out with the brush and also blew it out. Went outside to look at the condenser, condenser was not running. Went to go check the breaker to see if it was tripped and it was turned it on looked at the condenser and the condenser ran for about a minute until it shut off on its own
