Arrived on site for humidity not being removed. Customer says they are getting cooling. Checked out the unit and the metering device is a TXV. Inspected the drain pan and p trap, p trap is clocked up with gunk. Recommended for it to be clean, customer declined. Went outside to check out the condenser and check pressures, Recommended customer fora maintenance to get accurate readings, customer decline. Customer said theyll reach out to office about EPP plan.
