Arrived on site for no cooling. Air handler did not power on after turning on the thermostat. Went up to the attic to check out the air handler. Open up the wiring panel for the air handler. Check for high voltage is coming in, was receiving 240 volts. Check the plug and I was connecting to the board it was raining 240. Check the Transformer and the Transformer was reading 88. Traced the wire from the Transformer to the circuit board circuit board was reading 80 and dropping.
