Arrived on site for AC maintenance. Customer stated no issues with AC as of late. Customer directed me to thermostat which there is only one. Customer let me to the air handler that is located in the Attic. Easy access, stairs inside of closet by entrance. Turned on the unit on thermostat calling for cooling. Unit turned on successfully/normally. Opened up the panel of the unit. Spray evaporator coil with non rinse spray. Unclog the P-trap with a CO2 cartridge. Evaporator coils look in great condition. Remove the April air filter from the unit and installed the new one. Advise a customer to remove the filter from the hallway, instead of two filters just have one. Two filters were great too much restriction/stress on a unit. Went outside to clean the condenser. Unplug the disconnect to operate the condenser safely.
