Right on site for no cooling on the second floor. I went outside to check out the condenser, condenser was not running. I heard buzzing from the condenser sounded like it was trying to run but good opened up the wiring to check out the inside the condenser. The condensers capacitor was puffed up. Replace capacitor and condenser turn back on. Before changing the capacitor of the condenser the fan of the air handler was only blowing 81° temperature inside upstairs. After changing capacitor the temperature difference was six degrees. Check for pressures, pressure where a bit low, self cooling voice zero, super easy. We charge the unit over 2 lb. Temperature different decreased from 6 to 17 sub cooling to 11 and superheat to 16. Upstairs is now cool. Customer acknowledge, pain, and signed off
