Performed the maintenance for both oil fire boilers, replaced the nozzles, oil filters, and pump screens for both burners. Opened up both boilers and thoroughly brushed and vacuumed the heat exchangers. Start it up both boilers and performed a combustion test and confirmed that they are both operating properly, the Weil McLean boiler which is the boiler on the left is over pressurizing and leaking water. We will need to replace the expansion tank, pressure reducing valve, and relief valve. Also the isolation valve after the pressure reducing valve is leaking, I recommend rep piping and replacing all of those components we will provide a price for the replacement and handle it upon approval.
