Arrived onsite for leaking humidifier. Took cover off and observed drain reservoir overflowing with water. Vacuumed out all water and disassembled panel assembly. Found blockage in the drainage are. Cleared out the drain and washed the entire assembly. To minimize water flow, attempted to turn supply valve. Found the supply valve not affecting the flow of water. Removed handle and found it cracked. Used wrench to reduce valve flow. Supply flow is slightly more than a drip. Clocked the condensate pump activation at once every seven minutes.
