Arrived on site for maintenance. No access to water outside. Went inside inside and set the thermostats to cooling to check pressures. While being inside I took a look at the air handler and everything was fine, drained the PVC condensation line. Condensation line was very clean and clear. Took out the polarized filter of the unit and replace the pad. Went outside and the condenser was running normally. Put on my field pieces on the unit check pressures and pressures were fine. The unit inside was giving a 17° delta T. Check for voltage and amps, got the appropriate readings for every line. Inform the customer of their updated information of their unit customer acknowledged and signed off.
