Arrived on site for a damper motor replacement. Unit was running upon arrival. Shut off unit and replace the motor of the damper for Zone 2 that controls the living room. Turn unit on after wiring the damper on the Zone control panel and on the motor itself. Don't control motor was working correctly. Turned off living room thermostat and turned on bedroom thermostat, cooling was in bedroom, no cooling living room. Turn living room thermostat on bedroom thermostat off, living room had cooling bedroom did not. Turn both thermostats on and cooling was happening in both rooms. Went outside and recovered a pound and 6 oz of refrigerant since last visit it was charged up with a pound and 8 oz. Pressures are now good and stable.
