Greeted customer upon arrival. Customer led me to thermostat. Customer led me to air handler in the attic. Turned on the thermostat for cooling. Went outside condenser was running. Turned off condenser tool wash it down with chemical and water. Turn condenser back on and kept it running for a bit to get accurate pressures. What temperature probes in a supply and return vent. Temperature difference peaked at 19°. Pressures were fine but subcooling for some odd reason was three. Inform customer about the unit. Customer acknowledged and signed off.
