Arrived on site for maintenance. Customer said no issues with the unit as of yet. Unit is only a year old. Unit inside the house is located on third floor in the bedroom closet. Changed the filter of the unit. Put in temperature probes inside the unit. Went outside and disconnected the disconnect of the condenser to safely operate it. A wiring was nice and snug. Open up the condenser to wash inside out with chemical and water. After washing condenser put condenser back together. Connected a disconnect and condenser turned back on normally. After condenser ran about 10 to 15 minutes, plugged in my field pieces to check pressures. Pressures were fine and the Delta see inside the house was 22. Blew out the P-trap at the condensation tray in the air handler. Customer knows the update of their unit and signed off.
