Arrived on site for two condenser maintenance. Customer stated no issues with either units as of late. Customer led me to both Air Handlers both thermostats and both condensers. Turned on both thermostats and lower the temperature to see the units functionality. Both units were running normally. Went to the second floor to inspect the air handler. Coils look clean from the inside and from outside. The condensation P-trap was cleared out with a CO2 cartridge. Filter was changed as well, customer had filter on site. So we went to the first floor air handler which is located in the basement.
