Afternoon Arrival; Customer will be in call between 3-4 pm: but we can arrive within that time, just can't touch base with her until after. Last time we told them that they need a leak test and refrigerant. She wants to know if she can get a quote on how to "Maximize her current system" I think she is saying this to try to avoid replacement, like she'd rather go with whatever the repair is. Sounds like she had another company come out and do some work for her that she didn't think was very honest work.
