Arrived on site for maintenance. Unit was off upon arrival, turned on the unit by thermostat to see the unit turn in appropriately. Unit came on, no issue dedicated upon start up.turbed off the gas supply to the unit to appropriately turn unit off and to safely operate it. Cleaned the burners using CO2 cartridges. Noticed rust and deterioration on the burners. Check the appropriate voltage and amps, everything runs smoothly. Replaced the filter of the Furnace that the customer supplied. Unit is running at 60%. Informed customers about unit's performance. Jack will be reaching out for estimate for furnace replacement.
