Arrived onsite for ac maintenance and startup after coil replacement on 1 system.. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Found a fault in the Electrical Safety Circuit. Homeowner elected to not repair at this time. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for 410a at 67/143psi outside temperature at 48 degrees. Added 1.13 lbs of 410a. Measured 95/165 with 4 sub cooling . Measured temperature drop at 20 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and Cleaned condensate trap. System running as it should.
