Arrived on site for maintenance. Customer had the unit running already on Cooling. Went to the basement in the laundry room to look at the air handler. And Handler look good expected the inside of the air handler. All wires were nice and tight. Evaporator coils look clean. The unit had a metering device of a TXV. Went outside to the condenser and notice that the condenser was blocked up with a lot of debris around it. Took the fan off the condenser to clean it from the inside out. Cleared out three sides of the condenser, one of the sides was being blocked by another condenser. Check the wiring of the condenser all wiring was nice and snug.
