Arrived on site for no cooling. Customer stated at the fan was blowing warm air and that the condenser line set was completely frozen. Before arriving the customer did set the thermostat to off but the fan to on so the ice cream thaw out by the time I arrived. Upon arrival went to the condenser and put on my gauges and then called for cooling on the thermostat.
