On visit 1: replaced voltage suppression system. Confirmed operation of system. On visit 2: performed refrigerant rejuvenation. Removed RS44B refrigerant. Performed evacuation on system. Confirmed leak as system would not get down to 500 microns. Brought it to 525 microns but did not hold. Added 2.2 pounds of RS44B as per label. Confirmed operation of the system. Measured 16 degree temperature rise. Note: the system in this building will not provide cooling in the winter season.
