Perform the service for the water source heat pump for the apartment, start up the system and heat mode and allowed the system to stabilize, I was recording a 72° return air temperature with a 110° supplier temperature at the unit. I also checked the air temperature in the apartment and I was reading a 97° supplier temperature from the registers. I cycled the system in the cooling mode to confirm operation as well, The unit is operating with a 16° temperature drop at the coil, based off of the current conditions I would say that this unit is operating properly. However, it is extremely dirty inside and may require a deep cleaning of the cabinet, lower assembly, and possibly duct work as well.
