Received a call that the right side unit is not cooling properly, upon arrival cycled the unit and confirmed that the blower motor and the compressor has started up. I installed my probes and checked pressures, found that the system is running with a 60 lb suction pressure and a 217 head pressure. I have a 59° Supply air temperature and a 10.3° temperature drop across the coil. The machine is operating but is not cooling efficiently at this time, be homeowner stated that the system was recharged last year but he is unaware of what type of refrigerant was installed in the machine. He was under the impression it was recharged with r22 however I found a sticker for alternate refrigerants on the machine.
