Arrived on site for no hot water. Customer let me downstairs to the basement with a hot water heater is located. Inspected the unit everything seemed intact checked out the troll board and notice that the pilot light was off. Turn unit to Pilot and then ignited it. Customer requested for the setting to be at B. Flame in unit was present. Turned on the hot water on the sink downstairs and the water came out hot. Customer acknowledge that there was hot water.
