Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 1 packaged water cooled hvac system located in external closet. Confirmed operation. Changed filter 20x30x1 provided homeowner. Brushed and Wiped down evaporator coil. Checked electrical. Measured temperature rise at 40 degrees. Measured r22 refrigerant pressures at 100/365psi in heating. As a courtesy also measured AC pressures at 100/265 psi with a 15 degree temperature drop. System is operating as it should.
