Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system . Turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for R22 at 55/126psi with 15 degree superheat with outside temperature at 60 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 22 degrees. Cleaned condensate line. Performed efficiency test utilizing MeasureQuick. System running as it should. Recommend upgrading the system due to age and phased out R22 refrigerant.
