Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 2 systems. Opened outside condenser units. Removed all debris. Chemically cleaned the coils. Cleaned the drains. Inspected all electrical. Cleaned electric panel. Changed all filters. 2-20x25x4 . For the Coleman condenser in front of the building, no power to the unit from the Generac box. Inspected the box found the voltage control system engaged but not voltage passing to the condenser. Recommend contacting an electrician. Found Honeywell thermostat with low battery alert. Replaced with new batteries and still observed low battery indicator and alert. Possibly a fault in the thermostat.
