Upon arrival Steve led me to both condensers that are behind the house. Check pressure for both units pressures were fine maybe a tiny bit of refrigerant missing but still fully functional. Temperature drop from Steve's room was 20° and a temperature drop of the other unit was 18°. No issues with cooling as of yet. Everything is good.
