Arrived on site for maintenance. Customer turned on both units, well connectors started up now. Shut down both condensers to clean it from the inside out. After cleaning both condensers powered them both back on and checked pressures. Change filter for the upstairs unit. Concern unit filter because it was still new. Went to the Attic and one of the duck work Flex was unattached from the supply trunk. Reattach the trunk. Both units seem to be fine? The updated status of both units. Customer signed off.
