All right then site for no cooling on the second floor. Went outside to check out the condenser the condenser was running. Went upstairs to the attic to check out the air handler, they're handling was running normally as well. Check for voltage on air handler and condenser, everything was fine. Opened up and Henley evaporator coil, metering device with a TXV. Coils are frozen so I couldn't check pressures. Went outside of inspect the condenser the condenser was blocked by a lot of dirt and debris on the coils. Made customer aware of their coils being frozen therefore not being able to recharge a system if needed or check pressures. Customer acknowledged and signed off
