Arrived on site for two condenser maintenance. Units were already running upon arrival. Set the temperature for both thermostats low so condensers and Air Handlers won't shut off during operation/ inspection. Went to the basement and inspected the air handler, changed the filter. Checked if the water pump was still functional, it pumps water. Evaporator coils in the basement are closed coils so I cannot inspect the coils. Went to the attic to inspect the air handler that does a second floor. Opened up the evaporator coil panel. Coils look clean, dropped in a condensation treatment tablet that prevents overflow and water damage. Rinsed the evaporator coil with non rinse foam cleaner. The meeting device in the Attic is a txv. Block the drain PVC of the unit with a CO2 cartridge. Went outside to inspect both condensers, both condensers were running normally.
