Arrived onsite for leak test on rooftop AC unit. heating maintenance of 1 boiler, 1 heat strip, and 4 rooftop units. Performed leak on unit that previously diagnosed with low refrigerant in an no AC service call. Upon arrival measured 0 psi for refrigerant on circuit one. Pressurized system with nitrogen heard leak from condenser coil. Upon investigation found the condenser fan blades broke off its rivet. Sliced the coil open, broke a fan motor bracket, and the damaged the other condenser fan blade. Recommend replacing coil, motor mount bracket, and condenser fan motors. Will provide estimate for repair.
