Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 2 systems. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Chemically Cleaned outside coils on both systems. Attic unit. Checked all electrical. measured pressures for 410a at 95/195psi with 3 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 58 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 9 degrees. Cleaned condensate line. Observed sensing dislodged from the unit and exposed to the elements of the attic. I believe it had been like that since it was installed. Changed filter 24x30x1. System running but not very efficiently.
