Arrived on site for air condition maintenance. Was led to attic where the air handler is. Unit was already running, no issues as of yet. The refrigerant that the unit uses is R22. Checked out the air handler in the Attic, blower wheel looks clean, evaporator coils look clean except that the bottom of it is rusted out. Condensation pan dry and clean. Went outside washed out condenser with chemical and water after unplugging the disconnect. After washing condenser plug disconnect back in. And then just started up normally. Hooked up my gauges check pressures. Pressures were fine. Customer bought new filters, changed the filter. Updated the customer on the units status and information. Customer of knowledge and signed off.
