Arrived on site for maintenance. Air handler is in the basement. Opened up coils to check for metering device. The metering device was a piston. Changed filter that was provided by customer. Check temperature inside the house with temperature probes putting one inside the return and one inside the ductwork. Customer said that the unit struggles to cool down the house. Checked for pressures unit was a little low on refrigerant. Recharged unit with r410a. Customer acknowledged work that was.done on unit and status of unit, paid, and signed off.
