Arrived onsite for inspection of 2 HVAC system for home that is being purchased. Buyer received an inspection report indicating there could be an issue with airflow, size and age of the system. Turned on the AC system and went room to room. Observed acceptable air flow in each room except the attic room that has supplemental AC and Heating system. Basement system is 100k BTU output Furnace with a 4 ton AC coil and condenser. The Garage system is a 80k BTU output with 3 ton AC Coil. Systems are properly sized for the home. The ductwork is acceptable especially the return air sizing.
