Arrived on site for maintenance. Changed filter of unit upstairs. Inserted temp probes. Went outside and condenser was running normally. Digged out dirt from condenser inside. Checked wiring for any imperfections. Everything was good. Washed down condenser with chemical and water. Put unit back together and it started up normally.
