Arrived on site to replace the system, recover the refrigerant from the system and disconnected and remove the condenser, furnace, and coil. Set the new furnace and coil in place and performed all the required duct connections as needed. Leveled the ground outside and set a new condensing unit in place, performed all of the required refrigerant piping for the indoor and outdoor coils, made all of the high and low voltage electrical connections as needed. Evacuated the system to 300 microns and performed a 10-minute decay test. The system is holding vacuum, released the refrigerant into the system and started it up. Added 1 lb 13 oz of r454b, performed a full measurequick system commissioning and confirm that the new unit is running and operating properly.
