Customer lead me to attic in 2nd air handler, basement airhandler that does the first floor, and the sun room. Attic air handler had a bit of microbial growth. Cleaned it out. Sprayed some non rinse chemical on the coils for 1st and 2nd floor units and the sun room evaporator coil. Flushed water heater out. Changed sun room filter. Filter replacements for 1st and 2nd floor were not present, filter change needed. Filter is aprilaire 310 media. Washed out all three condenser outside with chemical and water. Checked pressures for all units, sun room and 2nd floor pressures were good. 1st floor pressure, subcooling was low.
