Arrived on site to check out the AC system for no cooling, upon arrival I switch the unit on, confirmed that the filter was clean. The unit has an electronic air cleaner bolted to the back of the air hammer I confirmed that the air handler started and I confirmed that the condenser started, I installed my probes and performed a measurequick scan of the system. The system is low on refrigerant, The condenser coil needs to be cleaned before the charge can be adjusted. I also noticed that the ductwork is fiberboard which is exposed fiberglass, I would recommend at some point converting that to a metal duct system. I would also recommend duct cleaning, there is a lot of dust inside the return flex. The bush over the condenser needs to be trimmed back as it is blocking some of the exhaust from the unit.
