Arrived for no cooling. Systems for first floor, when powering on by thermostat, causes a short black out. Checked the wiring on in the condenser. Got appropriate voltage and amps, no volt drops. Checked Capacitor, a jumper wire was completely burnt, prong on Capacitor was good. Replaced wire. Turned unit back on, powered up normally. Checked for pressure, low on subcooling. Subcooling was at 3.7. After recharge subcooling is at 10.2. Inside temperature improved aswell. Before recharge, supply was giving 72°F. After recharge supply reached 64.9. Everything ran normally,
