Arrived onsite for no cooling service call. Performed diagnostic. Found compressor one not coming on. Observed burnt marks on the high voltage wiring for L3 to compressor 1. Compressor 2 started up. Inspected electrical on compressor 1 checked for grounded wiring and checked for open line. Did not measure grounding and measure 13 ohm between 1 2 and 3. Checked standing pressure for R22. Fixed burnt wiring and started compressor. Measured 29 to 31 amps on each leg. Manufacturers specifications show 31 amp as the maximum rfa. Checked running pressures on each circuit.
