Greeted customer upon arrival. Customer led me to attic air handler and also condensing unit. Call for cooling on thermostat to see if condenser turns on. Condenser turned on normally. Customer stated they have no issues with AC as of late. Went to the attic to check out air handler. Unit has a txv. By the blower wheel seems to be a lot of bacterial growth. Cleaned up the bacterial growth and made customer aware of it. Evaporator coils clean but pretty rusted out. Disconnected the condenser to maintenance it safely. Washed condenser with chemical and water. Took off the fan of the condenser to clean it out from the inside, all the dirt, leaves, twigs, and everything else. Check pressures on the unit. Pressures of the condenser seemed good.
