Arrived onsite for no cooling service call. Found system with burnt high voltage wiring on L3. Same wire that was recently repaired. Found fault in the voltage conversion system no allowing power to the control board. Found fault in the Voltage Distribution system near the burnt wiring. Also found blown time delay fuse.
