Arrived on site for no cooling. Air handler was running. Went outside to check on the condenser, the condenser was not running. Checked for high voltage, got nothing. Check the disconnect box, was also not getting anything. Went to the breaker and checked all the switches. All switches were on except for two joint switches that was not labeled. The switch that was not labeled, switched it back on and then check the condenser, condenser was running normally. Looks like the condenser breaker was tripped. Customer said they'll have an electrician out here soon and she'll take advantage of the moment and acts the electrician to take a look.
