Arrived onsite for issues with cooling RTU system. Water dripping. Performed diagnostic and found system running but circuit one continues to freeze and condensates water dripping through ceiling. Checked r22’coolant charge suction pressure is low. Liquid pressure or high. Sub cooling and superheat are in range. Condensate line is draining properly but clear the drain anyway as a precaution.
