Started on the roof top unit. System did not fire up. Performed diagnostic and found power to the combustion motor but the motor would not start. Checked the capacitor which measured within manufacturers specifications . Inspected belts and filters changed on all the units. I inspected all the wiring and components for shorts or burn marks. Customer will contact facilities department for repair.
