Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned coils, Measured temperature drop at 16 degrees. Cleaned condensate line. Filter is a 12x24x1; it is in good shape but should be changed for the season. System running as it should.
