Arrived onsite for no cooling. Checked refrigerant levels and they were zero. System flat out of r410a. Customer agreed to nitrogen leak test. Added nitrogen to refrigerant lines and found significant leak from what appears to be the outside coil. However this is a slight chance the leak is coming from the compressor refrigerant lines which is repairable. Will come back during daylight to observe inside the condenser to determine if leak is repairable. If not, customer will need a replacement condenser.
