Arrived on site for maintenance. Customer led me to a thermostat and the air handlers one being a mini split and the other being a regular air handler in the Attic. Remove removed the filters of the mini split and wash it down with a hose. Inserted the filter back into the unit the unit temperature split was 30°. Notified the customer that the mini split has a big amount of bacterial growth inside the blower. Went to the attic for the air handler that controls the first floors temperature.
